Project-Rebel9 is an amorphous project group led by Archive Group Rebel9. Project-Rebel9 mainly presents a problem and discourse about the cracks in archive (state) and memory (behavior), the socio-cultural-technical systems and order that surround it, and the experience patterns of the generation that exist in it. Memory is the starting point of work for Project-Rebel9, but at the same time it’s a myth that has to go beyond. So instead of focusing on the landscape of memory, such as personal memory and social memory, attention is paid to the way it works, to the way it records and to the confrontation with history, and continues to find a balance between memory and oblivion. The company is working to solve the problem of memory faced by its contemporaries through planning, installation, archiving and programming, and to expand it into various space-style formats.
